EuroChem Group AG has signed an agreement with club of banks on an unsecured credit financing in the amount of $750 million, said in a statement.
The loan is granted for 5 years and provides for the deferral of principal payments for the first two years.
“Funds will be used for General corporate purposes and, in the same way as the July placement of Eurobonds the Group will further decrease in the volumes of refinancing and interest rate risks,” says the company.
The authorized leading organizers of the deal were: Bank JSC BNP Paribas; BNP Paribas S. A.; Citibank N. A. (London branch); Commerzbank AG; Crédit Agricole CIB; HSBC Bank Plc; ING; Mizuho Bank, Ltd.; Nordea AB; savings Bank; Rosbank PJSC; The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.; UniCredit Bank JSC.
