“EuroChem” plans to place Eurobonds worth up to $600 million

The Board of Directors of EuroChem approved the placement of Eurobonds in the amount of not more than $600 million with a maturity of not more than 5 years, with an interest rate of not more than 4.5% per annum, follows from company materials.

The Issuer notes will perform Ehose Finance Designated Activity Company. EuroChem Group AG and MHK “EuroChem” will act as guarantors for the bonds.

The organizers of the transaction: Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, J. P. Morgan Securities plc, SIB (Cyprus) Limited, Société Générale and Unicredit Bank AG.
