FHFA: house price Index in the U.S. in June rose by 0.1%



According to a report by the Federal Agency for housing Finance (FHFA), house price index in the U.S. in June rose by 0.1% compared to previous month seasonally adjusted basis after rising 0.3% in may (revised from +0.4%).

Analysts had forecast growth in June by 0.5%.

The calculation of the FHFA index is based on data on transactions in the market of residential real estate mortgage agencies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
