Fitch has withdrawn the ratings of the Volgograd region




International rating Agency Fitch Ratings June 16, 2017 has withdrawn the long term Issuer default rating of the Volgograd region in foreign and national currency at level “B+” with stable Outlook and short-term IDR in foreign currency “B”.

A rating of “B+” senior unsecured notes region currently in circulation on the domestic market, also withdrawn.

“Fitch withdraws ratings as the region has decided to stop participating in the rating process. Thus, Fitch will no longer have sufficient information to maintain ratings. Accordingly, Fitch will no longer rate in the Volgograd region and does not conduct analysis for the region”, – reads the statement of the Agency.
