Home sales in the secondary real estate market in the U.S. in July fell by 1.3 percent



According to a report by the National Association of realtors, U.S. home sales in the secondary U.S. housing market in July decreased by 1.3% compared with the previous month, with the seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.44 million homes annually.

Analysts had expected the number of homes sold will reach 5.55 million homes in annual terms, against 5.51 billion in June (revised up from 5.52 million).
