According to a report by the National Association of realtors, US pending home sales on the secondary real estate market of the United States (signed but pending contracts for the purchase of housing) in November grew by 0.2% compared with October and amounted to 109.5 points.
Analysts forecast a decline in November increased by 0.4%.
Compared to November last year, the index rose 0.8%.
The time lag between the signing of a contract for the sale of the house and execution of the transaction is usually between one to two months. Thus, all contracts for new homes signed in November, will be performed (in the case of confirmation of payment) in the next four to eight weeks.
