S&P changed the Outlook on the ratings of UniCredit Bank from “stable” to “positive”




S&P Global Ratings on 7 November 2017 has revised the Outlook on the Russian UniCredit Bank from “stable” to “positive.” Long-term and short-term Issuer credit ratings of Bank are confirmed at “BB+/B”.

“The Outlook on the Bank’s ratings was revised to positive following the increase in long-term credit rating of the parent Bank UniCredit SpA’s “BBB-” to “BBB”. In our opinion, the rating upgrade of the parent Bank indicates an increase of the group’s ability to provide financial support to their subsidiaries”, – stated in the materials of rating Agency.
