S&P has changed from “stable” to “negative” the forecast on ratings “ER-Telecom Holding”




S&P Global Ratings 29 Aug 2016 revised the Outlook on the ratings of JSC “ER-Telecom holding” from “stable” to “negative” and affirmed its long-term corporate credit rating at “b+”, according to a press release from the Agency.

At the same time, the company’s rating on the national scale was affirmed at ‘ruA’.

“The Outlook revision on the ratings of “ER-Telecom” reflects our view that the company will continue to invest in business expansion, including through the conclusion of mergers and acquisitions, resulting in negative FOCF. At the moment, we expect that in 2016-2017 adjusted by analysts S&P Global Ratings debt burden indicator would exceed 3.0 x (compared to 2.1 x in 2015) and will remain at around 3.5 x or below,” – said the Agency.
