The Bank of Russia from December 12, introduces a temporary administration to manage a period of six months in PJSC Bank “vvb” (Sevastopol). At the same time, the Bank of Russia imposes a moratorium on satisfaction of requirements of creditors of PJSC Bank “CDH” for a period of three months. This is stated in the press release of the Central Bank.
These decisions taken in connection with the unstable financial situation. For the period of activity of the provisional administration powers of the shareholders related to participation in the authorized capital, and the powers of the management bodies of JSC Bank “vvb” is suspended.
“These decisions have been taken by the Bank of Russia in order to protect the interests of creditors and depositors of PJSC Bank “vvb” given its significance for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city, and provide complete control of the situation in the credit institution and the preservation of its assets”, – stated in the message.
Bank “vvb” is the participant of system of insurance of contributions. Depositors of the Bank, including individual entrepreneurs, are eligible for the insurance benefit in the amount of 100% of the remaining balance, but not more than 1,4 million rubles in aggregate per depositor. The order of payment of insurance compensation will be determined by ASV.
