The deficit of the Federal budget of the Russian Federation in January-July amounted to 423,7 billion or 0.8% of GDP




The deficit of the Federal budget of Russia, according to preliminary estimates of the Finance Ministry, in January-July 2017 amounted to 423 712,6 million rubles, or 0.8% of GDP.

The amount of income received during the reporting period amounted to 8 266,3 369 mln, or 57.0% of the total volume of Federal budget revenues, approved by the Federal law “On the Federal budget for 2017 and the planning period of 2018 and 2019”. While oil and gas revenues amounted to 3 304 565,9 million, non-oil revenues – 5 064 700,4 million.

The cost was 8 792 978,9 million rubles, or 53,0% of the total expenditures of the Federal budget approved the Federal law “On the Federal budget for 2017 and the planning period of 2018 and 2019” and for 52.1% of the adjusted painting.

The balance of sources internal and external financing of deficiency of the Federal budget for the reporting period amounted to 405 492,3 million rubles and 18 220,3 million rubles, respectively.

Primary deficit in January-July amounted to 78 083,8 million (0.2% of GDP).

In July 2017, the budget was executed with a deficit of 15 872,8 million (0.2% of GDP).
