The first Russian-the Japanese food forum will be held in Vladivostok from 15 to 17 November. Experts will discuss prospects of development of trade and investment cooperation between the two countries. About it reports a press-service of the Primorsky territory administration.
The event will take place at the site of the far Eastern Federal University on the initiative of the Ministry of agriculture, forestry and fisheries of Japan and supported by the Investment Agency of Primorsky Krai.
“The forum is held for the first time, his goal is to form a side of Japanese business perceptions of the Russian Far East as a region of priority development with a clear and attractive investment climate with a rich natural and human capital”, – said the Deputy Director of Investmentsto Bogdan Ragulin.
The first day of the forum will be devoted to the investment climate in Primorye, the new possibilities and tools for the investment activities of foreign companies operating in Primorye. On the second day of the forum the participants will discuss the features of the food market of the Russian Far East, licensing and quarantine.
The forum Primorye will be visited by representatives of eight Japanese companies.
