The Russian government supports the bill on insurance of deposits of small enterprises in the Russian banks subject to certain observations and clarifications. It is reported by RIA “Novosti” with reference to the Cabinet.
“The bill is aimed at the introduction of the mechanism of insurance funds small enterprises located in Bank accounts. The maximum size of insurance compensation to such organizations will be the same amount of insurance indemnity established for the deposits of individuals and entrepreneurs, and will amount to 1.4 million rubles”, — stated in the message.
In addition, the draft introduces amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation, in accordance with which switched to the DIA requirements on Bank Deposit agreements (Deposit) and Bank account agreements, side of which are small businesses, are included within the claims of creditors of the third stage.
“The Russian government supports the bill in the light of these comments and some clarifications of a technical nature”, — stated in the message. The government considers it appropriate to exclude from the list of documents submitted to the DIA for payment of the insurance indemnity, the documents confirming the facts of any legal entity in respect of entry in the uniform state register of legal entities and the register of subjects of small and average business. Also on this list, in the opinion of the Cabinet, remove the document confirming powers of the representative of the legal person to act on his behalf, in respect of a person, with such powers in the force of law. The need to present documents of a legal entity when applying to the DIA with the requirement about payment of insurance compensation is also submitted to the government unnecessary.
