The index of leading U.S. economic indicators fell in September by 0.2%



According to a report by research company Conference Board’s index of leading U.S. economic indicators fell in September by 0.2% compared with the previous month, after rising 0.4% in August.

Analysts had forecast September growth figure of 0.1%.

The index of leading economic indicators, calculates the average dynamic of ten economic indicators that, according to experts, assess the state of the economy for the next 3-6 months.
