The index of leading U.S. economic indicators rose in December by 0.6%



According to a report by research company Conference Board’s index of leading U.S. economic indicators rose in December by 0.6% compared with the previous month, after rising 0.5% in November (revised from +0.4%).

Analysts had forecast growth in December increased by 0.5%.

The index of leading economic indicators, calculates the average dynamic of ten economic indicators that, according to experts, assess the state of the economy for the next 3-6 months.
