The net profit of KAMAZ under IFRS for the year 2017 increased four times



“KamAZ” at the end of 2017, increased its net profit according to IFRS in comparison with the previous year four times – up to 2.5 billion rubles. It is reported TASS with reference to the press service of the company.

Revenue for the 2017 increased by 17% to 155.9 billion.

“Net profit rose 4% to 2.5 billion (2016 – 635 million) and exceeded the planned targets 2 times (business plan 2017 – 1.2 billion rubles)”, – stated in the message.

Investments in production development and exploration of the new model range has grown over the same period by 68% to 15.4 billion rubles.

Total sales of vehicles “KAMAZ” was 38 million units, which is 11% higher than the 2016 (34 thousand units). While sales in Russia increased by 18% by 2016 and reached 33 thousand to 28 thousand a year earlier.
