The number of initial claims for unemployment benefits in the U.S. last week fell by 8 thousand



According to a report by the U.S. Department of labor, the number of initial claims for unemployment benefits in the U.S. for the week ended 10 June, decreased by 8 thousand compared to the previous week and amounted to 237 thousand.

Analysts had expected initial jobless will reach 241 thousand compared with 245 thousand at the end of the previous week.
