The price index for residential property in the US the S&P/Case-Shiller Composite-20 in March rose by 0.9% compared to the previous month



The combined index of housing prices S&P/Case-Shiller, calculated for the 20 largest U.S. cities in March rose by 0.9% compared to the previous month with seasonally adjusted, an increase of 5.4% compared to the same period in 2015.

Analysts predicted increase in annual terms by 5.1%.
