The price index for residential property in the US the S&P/Case-Shiller Composite-20 in October grew by 6.4% in annual terms



The combined index of housing prices S&P/Case-Shiller, calculated for the 20 largest U.S. cities in October rose 0.7% compared with the previous month seasonally adjusted, an increase of 6.4% compared to the same period in 2016.

Analysts predicted the increase in annual terms by 6.3%.

The aggregate price index for housing calculated for the 10 largest U.S. cities in October rose 0.7% compared with the previous month, with seasonally adjusted and increased by 6.0% in annual terms.

A nationwide index of housing prices S&P/Case-Shiller in October compared with the previous month increased by 0.7% seasonally adjusted and increased by 6.2% compared to the same period in 2016.
