The volume of inventory companies in the U.S. in December rose 0.4%



According to the report of the Ministry of Commerce, the volume of inventories of American companies in December increased by 0.4% compared with the previous month taking into account seasonal fluctuations.

Analysts had expected the index to increase 0.3 percent after increasing 0.4 percent in November.

Sales of inventory in December compared with the previous month increased by 0.6% after rising 1.4% in November (revised from +1.2%).

The ratio of stocks to sales in December was 1.33, which coincided with the November value.
