University of Michigan: consumer confidence Index in the U.S. in October, revised upwards



According to the joint report of the University of Michigan and Reuters, the consumer confidence index in the US in October revised upwards to 101.1 with advanced level 95.1.

Analysts forecasted the index without review.

In September the index equaled 95.3.

The index of inflation expectations, the forecasts of consumer inflation for the next 12 months amounted to 2.3% compared to 2.7% in September.
