University of Michigan: consumer confidence Index in the U.S. in September decreased moderately



According to the preliminary report of the University of Michigan and Reuters, the consumer confidence index in the US in September fell to 95.3 vs 96.8 a month earlier.

Analysts had forecast a decline to 95.1.

The index of inflation expectations, the forecasts of consumer inflation for the next 12 months amounted to 2.7% against 2.6% in August.
